had profuse sweating, giddiness, fainted for a few seconds, had shallow breathing and weakness. bypass in 2002?
Q. the incident happened while I was in a hospital.tests like echo, ecg, eeg, holter monitor, neck dopler, blood etc were done. today i am going tread mill test, and RFT and electrolytes tests. my wife noted absent pulses for 2 seconds.

A. If this happened in a hospital, why didn't you ask the physicians there? It could be a whole range of things... Absent pulses for 2 seconds may not mean anything, as your heart rate can vary in a couple of seconds. This is especially true because heart rate slightly changes when breathing in/out. It is only significant if your heart "skips" a beat and the next beat is strong and can be felt (this will be quite obvious to you). This can be a premature ventricular contraction due to anxiety or stress... or may be a sign of another complication, like an AV block (electrical conduction in heart fails).

How do you reformat a document in Microsoft word?
Q. I am trying to upload my resume on a job site and it keeps telling me that the format its in (the document/my resume) isn't supported. That it has to be HMT, html, doc, docx, pdf, RFT, txt. I had this same issue before and was able to fix it but I forgot how. If anybody knows please remind me how to handle this. Thanks!

A. As the other person was saying, you may need to try to save the file differently. As you didn't mention how it was saved (some other format that Microsoft Word), we will do as if it wasn't a Microsoft save. Open your resume. Once it's opened go to File and click on Save As... (In Word 2007, the File bar is the Microsoft Symbol in the top left corner.) When the box comes open, rename the resume by adding II to the name. The second drop down box (below the file name) is Save as type Drop down until you see Word Document (this should be the default) and click on this. This will show as docx when uploading. You may also want to Save As once more, only choosing RTF (Rich Text File). After you do the save, try to upload the file to the job… [cont.]

Also below u have an option saying " Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" put a tick on that. This should solve ur issue. And try to get Microsoft Office, it has more features and options than the word pad. Regards, Murugesh

How many lbs of air should a reading be in a 2006 Nissan Maxima with Turanza EL42 RFT tires?
Q. Can't find the owners manual nor read anything on the tires except "not to exceed 40lbs PSI". 3 of the tires have 25lbs and one has 30lbs (cold). What should they read? These are replacement from Firestone/Bridgestone. I do a lot of freeway driving now. Can't find my manuals or anything. Googling it. Asking here. Thanks for any help.

A. Why are you using Run Flat tires on a Maxima? That car is not designed to use those tires. As for inflation pressure, open the drivers door and read the recommended inflation pressure off the Tire Load and Inflation sticker. If it isn't there (Nissan haver a habit of putting it in unusual places) check underneath the center armrest lid or on the drivers side rear passenger door frame.

I have a Lexus SC430 with Run Flat Tires?
Q. My indicator light comes on but I checked the pressure on all of the tires and the psi was 33. It's hard to tell if you have a flat with RFT. Could it just be a fuse that is burned and that's why the indicator light is on?
Asked by Lisa - Sat May 30 02:10:27 2009 - Lexus - 4 Answers - Comments
A. Your sensors do not read rotations per minute like said above. They read actual pressure and transmit it with radio signal to the ECU. Your tires should be between 35-38 psi on that car. If they are all inflated correctly then you need to reset the sensors. It can be done with a magnet and some time. You will have to google. that info as I cant give it out on the open internet.

A. A case of immune def syn. High TSH signifies Low T3/T4.Genes responsible for the expression of thyroxine, may be in close proximity to the cellular immunity expression (perhaps naive T cells)genes may get altered/deleted resulting something like contiguous deletion syn.. Again, low T3 could mean less green signal for the expression of immune globulins et al,just as the 'permissive role' seen in many body processes(Beta receptor surfacing etc).

Bridgstone RFT are they on all series up thru 7?
Q. I'm vastly disappointed by the handling loss with these OEM tires, are they putting these "dogs" on all the upper series thru 7's?

A. The tires vary based on the wheel/trim package the vehicle comes with. The exact specifications for each wheel / tire package are availible on www.mbusa.com for Mercedes. You mention mention series up to 7. That sounds like you are talking about a BMW even though this in in a Mercedes category. www.bmw.com has the BMW tire package info.
